I just leased a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport from York Ford and found my experience to be excellent. I went into the dealership and specifically asked for Jim Fauci because of reviews I had read on DealerRater and found my experience to be excellent. It only took about 2 & 1/2 hours for us to work out a very affordable lease, fair trade in amount for my 08 Saturn Outlook and a plan to surprise my wife with one of the baddest Explorers I have seen. Two days later I arrived with my wife, who I told that I was denied credit for the vehicle and we were going in to get my deposit. Once there Jim met us and went along with my deception (I have to mention that this was his scheduled day off) and Jim walked my wife and I to the back of the lot to where he had her new Explorer Sport waiting with big red bows and point setters all over the Explorer. I had my cellphone secretly recording her reaction as the reality of the truck being hers took over and she broke into tears of joy. My wife has given me four beautiful children, stood by my side through thick and thin and deserves the world. I have been thinking of leasing a new Ford Explorer for over a year and had been to many other dealerships comparing the explorer with other SUV's and comparing price ,size, and features and decided on an over a year and had been to many other dealerships comparing the explorer with other SUV's and comparing price ,size, and features and decided on an Explorer. I went to a few Ford dealerships to get a fair price for my trade and lease price. I met Jim earlier in the year when looking and had retained his card and asked for him when I was ready to pull the trigger. I had a lease price in mind and a trade value in mind they came within ten dollars on the lease price and a fair value on my trade which sealed the deal. They worked with me closely to do the needed paper work and ready the new car promptly. I would recommend York Ford and Jim to friends and hope to have a pleasant relationship in the future. More

My recent car-buying experience at York Ford was absolutely positive from beginning to end. I had planned on buying my wife a new Focus in the next few months, but that plan was quickly discarded w absolutely positive from beginning to end. I had planned on buying my wife a new Focus in the next few months, but that plan was quickly discarded when we had a major system failure in her older car. I am a very busy professional and had to act quickly. Though I had done only minimal research before walking into the showroom, I was quickly brought up to speed by Bob Rios and Bob Bailey who walked me through the available inventory, the car's features - and of course pricing. There was no pressure at all. The next day I decided on the vehicle and came in to discuss trade-in. This was all handled efficiently and straight-forwardly. I took delivery this past Tuesday and that entire process - as well as the tranfer of registration and state inspection which occurred the next day as promised - was stress free and respectful of my schedule constraints. My wife is very pleased with the car's performance, feel and appearance; and I am very pleased with the buying experience at York Ford. I'd like to give special credit to salesman Bob Bailey who is knowledgable, personable, very helpful and very low-key. More
