We had a great experience buying our first new car from York Ford. Cheryl worked with her team and Ford to make sure we got the interest rate we wanted. This was critical in allowing us to have payments York Ford. Cheryl worked with her team and Ford to make sure we got the interest rate we wanted. This was critical in allowing us to have payments we could afford. Alan was great. He provided a ton of information about the car and wasn't pushy. He let my husband and I have plenty of time to discuss things alone. The only thing that I found a bit frustrating was the registration/inspection part following the sale. We were told that we could come before 7pm and get the car registered/inspected on the same day we signed the sales agreement. We ended up taking the car home and having to go back to the dealership a few days later to get the registration and inspection. I also did not understand that the car would have to be inspected while I waited. It was all just a bit inconvenient and time consuming. I would have liked to have picked up my new car with it's inspection sticker on and registration in hand at the time of sale. If this is not possible, they need to make the process more clear. I would definitely recommend York Ford and especially encourage car buyers to work with Cheryl on financing. She was excellent. I'm loving my new car and know that if we buy a Ford again in the future our first stop with be York. More

My fiancé and I went to York Ford to test drive and buy a 2013 F150. The salesman, Bill, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The finance manager was very friendly and hard-working, and despite a long wait (it was also a Saturday) she got us a great interest rate! Given all the rebates and interest rate, the wait was definitely worth and we will go back there for our next Ford vehicle. More

Jim Fauci was a great salesperson to work with buying a used car. He listened to what I needed and was very informed about Ford vehicles, as well as other makes/models they had on the lot. He didn't try to used car. He listened to what I needed and was very informed about Ford vehicles, as well as other makes/models they had on the lot. He didn't try to up-sell me out of my price range and I have been very happy with the used Hyundai Sonata I purchased. I would definitely recommend working with Jim to anyone! More
I am suspicious by nature and I have had many bad experiences with car salespeople/dealers, so I did all of my due dilligence before setting foot in a dealer. I've had 2 Fords and I really liked the experiences with car salespeople/dealers, so I did all of my due dilligence before setting foot in a dealer. I've had 2 Fords and I really liked the safety rating for the 2013 Escape, so I decided to look it at. After seeing York's great rating and reading all of the amazing reviews of Jim Fauci and Cheryl Pereira, I knew these were the people I wanted to work with. I could write a billion word review, detailing the unbelievable quality of care Jim and Cheryl provided to me from the moment I walked in. I didn't want or need the high-end electronics offered in the SE and Titanium models; gorgeous, but I don't need them. Jim never tried to upsell me, not even once. He listened to what I said, handed me a bunch of keys and let ME do the roaming around and looking. I liked that. When I came back with questions, he gave me straight answers, checked the on-lot inventory and gave me one key to a 2013 Escape S model, FWD. This was the car I test drove and this is the car I bought. The man is The Ford Whisperer. Again, because I am suspicious, I played it as straight with Jim as he did me; he handled my barrage of questions with such good humor, I actually ENJOYED the car purchasing experience! Both Cheryl and Jim kept in phone and email contact with me every step of them way, whether it was to tell me to stop fretting, everything was fine, or to bring me up to speed on what was happening and what came next. I was given an extremely generous trade in value for my beat up 12 year old Nissan and additional incentive offers brought the final price down to a level that was better than I'd hoped for. Cheryl took the time to explain all of my financing options and offered me additional options (such as an extended warranty, which I took, and a remote starter/alarm, which I took) that made sense, nothing ridiculous. I told Cheryl that with other dealerships, the price I'd agreed to pay monthly crept up somewhere between me signing and me getting the papers. She guaranteed me that this would not happen, and she delivered. The monthly payment is lower than the amount she ballparked for me! The financing went seamlessly and the only hitch was a holiday which delayed the insurance transfer, not York's fault. I would recommed Jim Fauci and Cheryl Pereira at York Ford to anyone looking for a Ford in a minute and I intend to stay in touch with them for any furture vehicle needs. More
Things seemed to go great working up to the sale. But it was a different story when we arrived to pick up the car. This was my first new car purchase ever. I am a woman in my early 50s. Mike knew we were co was a different story when we arrived to pick up the car. This was my first new car purchase ever. I am a woman in my early 50s. Mike knew we were coming from out of state. Knew we might come on a Saturday. We called early Friday evening to let him know the loan check had come through and we would be coming down Saturday early afternoon. He never indicated to us there would be any issue with this. Not welcoming when we arrived. Tried to ding us on our trade because we had had snow tires on it (We came 3 hours from VT in January). He had never told us that might be an issue, in fact had never asked what kind of tires were on the car, nor did he suggest we should bring the other set which we could easily have done. We had let him know we had some questions about the trade value. After discussing those...we weren't totally happy, but accepted the deal, and that was pretty much the last we saw of Mike in the two hours it took to complete the paperwork. Instead of using the time we had to wait for paperwork to go over things on the car with us, he walked off. It is not like the dealership was busy. Salesman were standing around. We bought a car with Ford Sync. When the paperwork was finally completed he did show us enough of the basics so we could get home. His comment: We could be at this all day. The dealership advertises free SyncMyRide sessions for prospective buyers. As a buyer we got a begrudged ten minutes. He helped us sync our phone and set our GPS destination for which we were appreciative. No expressed excitement or appreciation for the sale. Emailed him the next day about the key code to replace keys which did not seem to be in our paperwork. He never responded. Our impression: he wanted to be anywhere else but completing the sale. We would have been happy to accommodate a need to come down the next weekend had it been communicated. He called us after 9 pm one evening to initiate the sale after an inquiry. Surely if Saturday pickup was a problem he could have told us and saved us all a less than satisfactory experience. We love the car, but is this what customer service has come to? Communication is everything. The dealership was given a two week grace period to respond to this review before it was posted. The last day of the time window, we did get a nice email from the owner of the dealership. He said he was taking steps to improve things. Unfortunately, there is no rewind button on our experience, but perhaps it will go better for the next guy. Amended Feb. 1: The Owner, Brad York told us he would see a correction was made to our invoice that because of how Mike Walsh wrote it, resulted in our having to pay VT sales Tax on our Sales Tax. Two weeks after Mike Walsh said he would take care of it, and one week after Brad York promised he would see it was done...still no corrected invoice. If you want customer service and expect promises to be kept, don't buy a car at York Ford. More
My father & I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta after horrendous experiences at other dealerships. Friendly environment. No pressure to purchase a vehicle. No gimmicks, puffery, or fluff. Our sales after horrendous experiences at other dealerships. Friendly environment. No pressure to purchase a vehicle. No gimmicks, puffery, or fluff. Our salesman, Vinny, was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Moreover, Cheryl Pereira was extremely helpful regarding the financing situation. She made every effort to accommodate our budget, warranties, interest rates, monthly payments, etc. Since our vehicle is being used for long distance commutes, we greatly appreciated how both her and Vinny extended the Ford warranty to 100K. Furthermore, our experience at their maintenance center was great. The inspection went smoothly. The people working there were courtesy. In addition, being a Ford customer, we were given a free oil change. (After every 4th oil change, the 5th one is free). In conclusion, our experience could not have gone any better. We are planning to do any future business regarding vehicles with them. - Ali & Kayvon More
