My husband recently bought a truck at York Ford and we were both dreading the process before we went. The entire experience was the best experience we have ever had with buying cars. Mike was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process and really put us at ease. When we came to pick up the truck a couple days later, he spent plenty of time explaining all the documents we were signing and then spent even more time explaining how to use the various features in the truck. I think he went above and beyond his duties to help us. We will definitely be recommending this dealership and especially Mike to any friends or family looking for a new car. More

Jim was not the stereotypical car salesman. He wasn't pushy, he didn't stand over our shoulder and try to convince us to buy. He really was great to work with. Because of that, I returned a few days later to buy one of the cars we were looking at. Cheryl in financing was magnificent as well! Very informative and again, not pushy at all. She found me a GREAT rate and counseled me with options. The only disappointment I had was the lack of quality detailing. The interior could not have been touched. There was food crumbs inside the cup holders, and the windows were filthy. I'm pretty sure they only drove it through the car wash. Other than the poor detailing, I would highly recommend the dealership and Jimmy!!! More
