I was completely satisfied with York Ford in Saugus in general and especially with Jim Fauci. I had visited other dealerships in my area and felt afraid to make a decision because I felt like I was play general and especially with Jim Fauci. I was shown the vehicles that I felt I could probably afford and then was given corresponding monthly payment info that they helped make work for my situation. They explained lease vs owning. I was shown lease options and what was included in that payment. It enabled me to make a decision within a couple of days that I felt comfortable with. Jim Fauci helped make the transition seamless from my from old car to the new one. I had anticipated this experience of buying a new car to be a nightmare and it actually was very pleasant. York is a great place to do business with and Jim is a great person to deal with. More

Four weeks ago I stopped at York ford to purchase a vehicle for my wife.Bob Cavanaugh answered all my questions but did not pressure me into something I couldn't afford.He then introduced me to Cheryl vehicle for my wife.Bob Cavanaugh answered all my questions but did not pressure me into something I couldn't afford.He then introduced me to Cheryl Pereira who really took great care of me(I really felt she cared about my financial situation and wanted to help). We ended up buying a 2014 ford Escape for my wife and Bob explained the vehicle completely before we drove it off the lot.Going to York Ford was the best move I could have made.I work at the GE plant in Lynn and I am spreading the word around. I was not looking forward to buy a new car and had no intentions of even buying one that day but when I met Jim I felt very comfortable and he was nice and very pleasant to deal with so I changed my mind intentions of even buying one that day but when I met Jim I felt very comfortable and he was nice and very pleasant to deal with so I changed my mind and changed my plans for the day so that I could deal with him. I did end up buying a car that day. He was not pushy and let me make my own decision which I appreciated. He was also informative and helpful in the process of pricing, etc. I would recommend him and York to all my family and friends. I met the manager the night I picked up my car because I wanted to praise Jim and he seemed very pleasant too. It was a refreshing experience compared to the typical pushy type car dealers. I purchased my 2009 Ford Focus with York Ford and I could not have been happy with my experience. This was my first purchase and Jim and Cheryl were the best team I could have asked for. I consider myself not have been happy with my experience. This was my first purchase and Jim and Cheryl were the best team I could have asked for. I consider myself a normal 20 something with many school loans but a dedication to working hard and honoring my loan commitments. Other car dealerships looked at me as just a number or as too risky. Jim and Cheryl actually took the time to sit down and get to know me and looked at me as a person and for that I am extremely grateful. Jim was friendly and helpful and his humor made this experience, which had been daunting and frustrating at other dealerships, enjoyable. I would definitely recommend sitting down with him if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle. Cheryl was very warm and made me feel that she cared about my situation, and I genuinely believe she did. She worked harder than I would have ever imagined making sure I received my car and for that I recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to fight for them. Overall, my experience with York Ford was excellent and I definitely recommend their services to the masses. If you are looking for dedicated individuals who see you as a person and not just as a credit score I would definitely say this is the place for you! More

I gave this rating mostly because of my experience with the salesperson Mike Bruno. Coming from a large family, someone in my family is always buying a car and it's typically a process that is not pleasan the salesperson Mike Bruno. He was friendly, knowlegable and a regular guy who didn't play the games you unfortanately run into all too many times. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't make one up like many do...he found out from someone who did. I actually felt and do today that he was looking out for what was best for me , even though he worked for the dealership. A week later, he followed up with me to see if there were any issues or questions. I did have some questions on how to use some of the features and he meet me during his lunch to go over everything. It is my pleasure to recommend York Ford, mainly for the reason of my experience with Mike. I also felt Cheryl in finance was nice to work with as well. More

I went to look at a used pick-up for sale at York but was unfortunately I was too late, and it had juts been sold. Mike wasn't pushy and didn't hover over me, and he left it up to me to get in touch with him when I was ready to buy. He told me he would keep his eyes open and about 3 days later, Mike called and told me he had something I would be interested in, and I sure was. 3 hrs later I bought an F-150. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle at York Ford, and I hope to buy my next Ford truck from him as well. More

Jim did an exceptional job working with me, he was not a high pressure sales associate which made me feel more comfortable talking about different vehicles and options. Alex was very helpful as well.
