Tim McGillicuddy is an above average sales man. He took the time to point out all my options until I decided to purchase my new 2014 Escape. I am very specific about the service on my vehicles and Dave has always been very accommodating. I recently purchased 4 snow tires with rims and tpms sensor from Quicklane. Their pricing wasn't much more than online including freight. Since they still need to make a profit, I would rather give York my money than some of the other places I have been too. I have never have felt slighted or frustrated with York. More

I was in the market for a new car and finally made the decision to go with the 2013 Ford Escape based on reviews and a few personal experiences with the newly remodeled vehicle. I originally went to another dealership before coming to York and was not satisfied with the customer experience. I went into the dealership to get a feel for the options and what they had in inventory, but after I left that day, I was called at least 5 times in one week by their salesman to see when I was coming back. I eventually decided on the car I wanted and went in to determine pricing and options, and the particular employee did not even remember my name and asked me to come back later. Needless to say, I did not return. After that experience I waited a few weeks and went to York Ford where I found that the staff was helpful, not pushy, and genuinely interested in finding me what I was looking for. I met with Jim and he was very helpful and informed about the buying process and the Escape that I had my eyes set on. After one meeting I knew exactly what to expect with my trade-in and purchase of the new car. They made the process extremely easy and kept my informed every step of the way. When it came time to pick up the car, I was given an overview of the car's features and the Sync system which I found extremely helpful since it was completely new to me. Overall my experience with York Ford was great and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Ford vehicle and more importantly, a good customer experience. More
