I had been searching for a new truck for the past 4 months. I new my old truck was near the end of its life with 205,000 miles on it. When I saw the price of the F-150's on York Ford I knew I had fo months. I new my old truck was near the end of its life with 205,000 miles on it. When I saw the price of the F-150's on York Ford I knew I had found where I was going to buy my truck. When I spoke to Jim on the phone he was a complete professional. When I arrived at the dealership the price they had advertised was the price I paid for my truck! No hassles, no pressure I was happy with how I was treated. Thanks Jim for a great experience! More

First I want to start by saying that Jim Fauci was great, knowledgable, and very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. Now to what made this purchase miserable. I wrote two checks on January 1st. The knowledgable, and very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. Now to what made this purchase miserable. I wrote two checks on January 1st. These covered the complete cost of the vehicle. I notified Jim that I would pick it up on January 10th because I would be traveling. I wasn't notified until I was on the way to pick up the vehicle that it wasn't ready. On January 13th Jim called again to say the money wasn't in house. I called my bank to see what the hold up was and was informed that York Ford had just submitted the paperwork on January 13th! I was pretty angry that the paperwork was never submitted and this resulted in me taking a couple of hours of my day to obtain a proof of loan document to show Jim that the money would clear. The lack of responsibility to process a payment in 13 days is obsurd. When I picked up the vehicle it was dark so it looked ok. When I woke up the next morning and was able to fully evaluate the condition of the delivery I found myself angry yet again. there was dirt and dust all over the dash, there was a goo residue all over the rear passenger door handles and the seats looked like they weren't even vacuumed. When I came back to the dealership for my sticker I let Jim know the condition and while he apologized there was zero effort to rectify that. After the purchase I received what I can only assume was an automated email thanking me for buying and said if I had questions or concerns to callor email Michelle.Yorkford@gmail.com. I sent two emails and never received a response. I visited the York Ford website and there is no location on the website with customer service contact information. I'm very disapointed with how the transaction was handled. I should not have had to make several calls to the dealer and the bank 3 days after scheduled delivery and 13 days after payment just to pick up a vehicle that was paid in full for. The cleanliness of the vehicle was a joke. I can only assume that this dealership doesn't want any repeat business because the lack of attentiveness and concern for getting the sales process right was inexcusable. The fact that there was zero communication or follow up from a person fully supports that. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and would advise that people don't buy from them if they can't even cash a check in 2 weeks time. More
