Buying a car made easy. I went to York Ford to look at a used Mustang on the lot and Jim Fauci came out and introduced himself and asked if I wanted him to get the keys and l I went to York Ford to look at a used Mustang on the lot and Jim Fauci came out and introduced himself and asked if I wanted him to get the keys and look at the car a little closer and I agreed. We sat in the car and talked about the car and other stuff but never pressured me to buy it or go inside and sit down and talk numbers. It was a pleasure I could do this at my own pace. When I was satified with what I saw he said to come by and drive it sometime. I went back about two weeks later and the car was still there and I sat with Jim and we agreed on a price and I bought the car. Again no pressure and it was easy. The mangement staff I talked with were also easy to talk to and never pressured me to buy the car. Thanks Jim and management team. More

The Light at the End of the Car Buying Tunnel!! I have been looking at cars for about 6 months now and have been to countless dealerships. I even put a deposit down on a car that I later asked for I have been looking at cars for about 6 months now and have been to countless dealerships. I even put a deposit down on a car that I later asked for back when I realized I had been duped, so I was pretty bitter and pretty gun-shy! I had decided that I wanted a Ford C-Max and decided to give York Ford a second chance (I had previously been there, but had not really known what I was looking for…) I was greeted very professionally by Roberto who listened to what I wanted and then showed me the exact car that I wanted (exact color and everything!) He did not try to upsell me or pressure me… He did not promise me the world or ask what I wanted my monthly payments to be (I don't like that!) He simply showed it to me, talked with me about it and then connected me with Cheryl and let her handle her part of the process: the finance part of it. The two of them worked very well with one another and allowed each other to do their jobs, rather than making promises that the other would then have to keep. I had previously been offered an 8.65% interest rate at another dealer which I new was ridiculous, but it made me nervous… Not only did Cheryl do better than that, she got me approved through Ford Financing with a better warranty, no interest and lower monthly payments than what I had previously decided I could manage!! This is the first new car I have ever purchased and the professionalism and assistance and lack of typical salesperson tactics that I received from Roberto and Cheryl made it much better than I was starting to think was possible! I chose the Ford escape . He was extremely patient very friendly explaining the differences in the amenities on my car. My car needed special accommodations due to the fact that I am disabled. He went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to go down to get my car from the place the accommodations were made and picked it up so I could have it as soon as possible. I was overall extremely happy with the excellent service I received from both Jim Fauci and York Ford Sagus! I would recommend this dealership to everybody I know.
