Jim was outgoing, took the time to show me the car, test drove it with me, and answered all my questions, even though I had told him I was not even sure if I would end up buying a Ford. I was worried that I would be hassled by email and phone, but Jim quoted the country song title, "If The Phone Don't Ring, Its Me. True to his word, Jim did not call or email me. Two months later, I was back at Ford and bought my car. Jim went out of his way to find the exact 2014 Ford Escape - ruby red - with the accessories I wanted. He answered my texts and calls quickly and over the several days it took me to sell my car and finalize the financing, he was always available. Jim is unlike any car salesman I have ever met. He even set up my Sync! Jim is a wonderful guy and I would recommend him to everyone buying a Ford. More
