I was hesitant to buy a car due to the daunting task of searching for one and then dealing with someone pushing something else on me that I didn't want. However, this wasn't anything like that. Jim was very easy-going and very helpful in getting me all set for my first car for the best value. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to want to help me and get me the best deal I could after fully understanding what I had to work with. I would gladly go back there for another car when the time comes as well as recommend Jim and York Ford to anyone interested in buying a car in a hassle-free environment. More
