When I first walked into the dealership, Jim was already off duty but stayed on to ensure that all my inquiries got answered and a test drive was completed . Subsequently, during the purchase transaction, Jim got out of his to accommodate me to process the car registration timely, as well as the transfer of license plate and other necessary preparation work. Thanks to Jim for his diligence and thoroughness, my new car purchase experience has been pleasant and seamless. I'd highly recommend the dealership and Jim Fauci as the sales consultant. More

He was not pushy and went along with my change of mind. Cheryl wrote up the finances and was very fast with everything. She encouraged the extended warranty and tire coverage. I never quite get why they are written the way they are, rather than breaking it down simply. Jim explained that the 1250 was for Ford financing incentive, the 1500 rebate and the 750 for former ownership and that the internet price already included all of these deductions. Dave put the sticker on quick as a rabbit in the fast lane and we were good to go. I'm happy to own another Ford car, American made and sold with American quality and style. Thank you York Ford. I priced several dealers before finalizing my deal with Jim and York Ford. I rarely purchase an extended warranty but the Finance team saved me money by offering me an unbelievable term and rate. I wouldn't hesitate in using Jim Fauci and York in the future. Wonderful crew. More

Repair and Service Department Poor Service charged me $115 to read check engine light code. I could have brought it to an Auto Zone and had it read for FREEEEEE. I had recalls take Poor Service charged me $115 to read check engine light code. I could have brought it to an Auto Zone and had it read for FREEEEEE. I had recalls taken car of and after driving my car for few days the check engine light came on. I brought it to them thinking it was another recall. They told me it was a purge valve and that it was under warranty. No money out of pocket. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car back and received a phone call later that the repair was going to cost me 350$. I did not want to proceed with the repair but they charged me 115$ for a diagnostic fee. Horrible customer relationship. Treated me as if I did not matter to them. Did not offer any incentives for me to have my repair done at their facility. I will not recommend this repair shop to any customers. More
