I was so burnt out from spending my whole weekend visiting local dealerships, test driving, and dealing with salesman who wanted me to buy new top of the line vehicles with features that I didn't care for. My last stop that weekend was York Ford in Saugus Mass. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jim Fauci who acknowledged me right away. He took the time to hear me out and answered all my questions. I was able to find the perfect vehicle that meets my everyday needs and is in my budget. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE that is by far the coolest car I ever had! A Great Dealership All Around!! York Ford is by far one of the best dealerships we have visited. We were looking for a 2015 F150. We went to a few different dealerships and they just York Ford is by far one of the best dealerships we have visited. We were looking for a 2015 F150. We went to a few different dealerships and they just wanted to sell us a truck. When we went to York, Jim Fauci took the time to really listen to what we wanted. He researched around to find what we wanted and thought we would benefit from ordering exactly what we were looking for. Jim kept us up to date every step of the way, from when it was built to when it shipped. When it arrived he walked us through the whole truck and made sure we understood how to operate all the bells and whistles. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a great guy. Brad York personally contacted us during the process and afterwards to see how we liked the truck (we love it)!! They are extremely friendly, helpful and most of all not overbearing.
