The car was in nice shape and was the right pri A very upsetting experience. Purchased a used car from Jim Fauci, this was my first car purchase ever. The car was in nice shape and was the right price. However, after I picked it up the problems started. The car leaked all of its coolant in three days. The dealership said they would be happy to tow it that day. Nobody came to tow the car until the next day, Saturday. I didn't hear anything about the car until Monday when a repair man called and said they couldn't find a leak. They checked again and determined there was a hole in a radiator and replaced it and they were also nice enough to get the car inspected while they had it. I picked the car up five days after my first call to York Ford and drove away only to notice the driver's side mirror had been scraped and broken. I contacted the dealer owner who did not take responsibility but said the tow company might have done it. He determined the part cost $30 and offered me $100 for the repair. The part cost me $250 and I replaced it myself. A week later the car started leaking coolant again. I brought it to my own mechanic who determined that the radiator hoses had not been properly connected. I was so relieved to finally have the problem fixed and to be done dealing with York Ford. More

Bought 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback Found the car on line. Went to the dealer and was greeted by Jim Fauci. He was extremely helpful and I bought the car.
