Great experience, would recommend them every time! My experience at York was GREAT! I went in just looking for information about 2016 Ford Escapes and never felt pressured once to buy that day. Unlike other car dealerships that I've been to, when I walked in I didn't feel like I was being surrounded by vultures swooping in; the whole team made me feel so comfortable. They really seemed to value the relationships with their potential clients, which is a HUGE draw for me. Bill not only answered my many questions, but asked questions about me and what was important to me in a car and a dealership. He took the time to look up some potentials in the showroom first, making sure that all of the vehicles he was going to take me to had what I was looking for. I ended up looking at a few 2017s and 2015s because they were the best fit for me and in my price range. He saved the best for last and brought me to a Used Pre-Certified 2015 Escape, it had everything I was looking for and so much more. Since I wasn't intending on buying that day, I asked if it would be alright if I came back later after thinking about it. One salesman actually told me that he understood wanting to think and maybe bring someone for a second opinion, and if it turned out that the car wasn't what I was looking for, they would understand completely. I ended up coming back later with a family member for a second set of eyes, and Bill was more than helpful again. I decided that I couldn't pass up the opportunity, but the price was still a little bit above my budget, so Bill did his best and was able to get the price reduced so that it was closer to my planned price. I signed paperwork with him then and was off to talk to Cheryl about financing. She worked on getting me a great rate, and guaranteed that she would be able to help me get my payments to what I wanted. She even ended up saving me a little a month on my payments, and my new car was ready for pick up the next afternoon. I really felt like I wasn't just a number to the York Ford team. I will be coming back if ever I need another car, and will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market. I just can't say enough about how HAPPY I am with my experience. More

My husband went there first liked a car and came home to discuss it. Jim never called to pressure us which to us is a good sign of a perfect salesperson. We went back and purchased a car on Sunday, picked it up on Tuesday. Everything went smoothly.....if you need to purchase a car....go to York Ford and see Jim Fauci. Doug and Barbara. No Hassle, More Hustle! Great place!!! I discovered York Ford a few years back when my then-boyfriend bought a truck from them. I was so impressed with how smooth & easy the process was tha I discovered York Ford a few years back when my then-boyfriend bought a truck from them. I was so impressed with how smooth & easy the process was that I started referring friends there. Jim Fauci was our sales associate and he changed my perspective of dealership dealings. He is incredibly easy to talk to, honest, funny and down-to-earth. No pressure, no slick talk. He gets things done quickly, fairly and with a genuine smile. Last week, it was my turn to buy a car. My husband & I need to move to Florida to get him a liver transplant and I needed a safe, reliable & roomy vehicle for the drive down. This is obviously a stressful time for me, but Jim made the whole experience effortless and easy. Saw the car I wanted (2014 Escape) and was driving it less than 5 days later. No drama, no anxiety. As a side note, Roberto the finance specialist was just as wonderful and stress-free to work with. I have been recommending York Ford for years and will absolutely continue to do so. Our past experience with car dealers was just horriable, we felt like they were pushing somthing we did not want and we were held hostage in some cases. but when we approched the door at york ford Vinny Gordan the car dealer opened the door to welcome us in he was very calm, professional and knowledable about a Ford Edge we were looking to purchased , we did not for one second feel puched into a deal once we were decided on our 2013 Ford Edge it went like clock work and we drove off the lot with our new car soon after. Jim Fauci brought me back to York Ford I really enjoy dealing with York Ford and especially Jim. Fauci. When I wanted to lease a car I did not hesitate on where to go because I had dealt w I really enjoy dealing with York Ford and especially Jim. Fauci. When I wanted to lease a car I did not hesitate on where to go because I had dealt with them before. In the fall of 2013 my wife went there and purchased a 2014 Mustang from Jim at York. Her experience was great and she got a really good deal. She at the time wrote them a great review which I am doing now. Jim is not a high pressure salesman therefore I went right back to him when I was ready to lease. He now treats us like family. He is very pleasant and has a sense of humor which makes car buying or leasing a pleasant experience. He also came to pick me up and got me a great deal on my 2016 Ford Escape. When we went back to see him he even took the time to help my wife with Blue Tooth that had disconnected. I am very happy with my car and when I am ready to lease or buy again I will go right back to York and look for (my now friend) Jim. More
