Jim Fauci, my salesman, rocks I was looking for a new truck and my search started about this time last year. Initially I just wanted to stop by a Ford dealership to see an F250 up I was looking for a new truck and my search started about this time last year. Initially I just wanted to stop by a Ford dealership to see an F250 up close and personal since I had already speched out the one I wanted online. Jim Fauci was the sales rep who I spoke with and after telling him what I was looking for he took me out to the lot so I could check one out. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its capabilities and was not pushy which is excellent in my opinion. We went back to the front office where I gave him my contact information. I told him that this visit was just a recon and I wasn't planning on making the move until the fall time frame so please don't ring my phone off the hook. He promised he wouldn't and he was true to his word which again was excellent. In the fall when I came in and was ready to make a purchase Jim Fauci worked with me so I could get exactly what I wanted. Didn't push to try and bump up the price but listened to what I wanted and delivered. Working with with Jim was an amazing vehicle buying experience. More
Love my Ford Edge I have to say that I was nervous about buying my first Ford. I had no experience with the dealerships or the product. I went to one dealership that completely turned me off, I almost re-thought my purchase. I decided to give York Ford a shot and I am so glad that I did. Jim Fauci made me feel so comfortable I felt like I was dealing with a friend. His no pressure and easy going attitude put my faith back in Ford. I am completely in love with my new Ford Edge and will recommend this dealership and especially Jim to all my friends. I am looking forward to working with Jim again. I never knew buying a car could be so much fun. Jim Fauci made all the difference in the world. Thanks for a great ride and all the laughs!! More

From bad to worse Brought my car in when my brakes went on the highway. Was told there were TWO recalls I was never notified of, for the brakes and gas tank. This car was originally purchased from York Ford dealership as a business vehicle, and has remained at the same address the entire time. After a week of multiple unanswered phone calls, I picked my car up and was told all recalls has been performed successfully. Less than 3 hours later, I lost all power steering/brakes and my car completely shut down due to an issue with their performance on the gas tank recall. After speaking with Melvin in service, my car was towed under MY ford roadside coverage back to York Ford. I demanded a courtesy rental, as I had already run a business for a week without my vehicle. Upon picking my car up (with no explanation of the issue that caused my car to shut down), I got in to drive away and realized I had ZERO gas when I had come in with more than a quarter tank. Melvin explained that I had no gas, they had none to give me and I'd "probably" make it to the gas station. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service, accountability and general running of a business in the service department of York Ford. More

I never felt under pressure and he always went above and beyond to provide a high level of customer service. There was never any BS and I feel he was truly genuine at all times. I could not believe the level of commitment he has as a sales representative. On many occasions I’ve asked questions by email and he quickly responded to me. Many of these questions were on his days off, yet he still managed to back to me in a timely manner. Not only did he follow up to my many questions, he always communicating to me the status of my Explorer. On the day I picked it up, Jim met me at the dealership and took care of everything even thou this was his day off. Thanks Jim we will definitely come back when we are in the market for another vehicle. Working with Cheryl in the finance department was a great experience too. She was efficient and explained everything with no pressure….
