I informed Jim & explained I get tired fast! Because of that he made me as comfortable as he could in his office. Pulled a filing cabinet over to me so that I did not have to stand for anything! Brought the car to the door so I did not have to walk anywhere to look it over! Even fed my dog bones while I did my paperwork! Other employees were so kind stopping in to say hello! This is why I say they treat me like a family member! Where else could you go to purchase a new vehicle and be treated like that? My guess is nowhere! Try out York Ford in Saugus Ma. However, I went to York Ford to check out a Ford Fiesta '17 and was helped by Jim Fauci. He was incredibly nice and knew exactly what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what I needed for a car. I left the next day with a Ford Fiesta '17 for an amazing deal, and he helped me get deals related to my recent college graduation. Can't depend on service I received a safety recall on my Escape. I called York Ford and set up an appt for about 2 weeks later at 8:00 am. I arrived on time and was told th I received a safety recall on my Escape. I called York Ford and set up an appt for about 2 weeks later at 8:00 am. I arrived on time and was told they would have to keep our car overnight. They stuck another client in our time slot. Who can do without their car for that long? Had they called me, I would have rescheduled the appt. They had our phone number. Who in their right mind would do business with a company who doesn't care about their customers? More

Don’t get xxxxxx @ YORK Agreed to buy a car on a Saturday, and pick up on Tuesday; however on Monday the salesman informed us that the title was still with the previous bank Agreed to buy a car on a Saturday, and pick up on Tuesday; however on Monday the salesman informed us that the title was still with the previous bank - and would take a week to be sent. From this point on, he would not answer calls, only communicate through text (which were barley literate). Sales manager was rude and deaf, he did not care if we bought the car or not, and would not listen to a word I said, only inturrupted me and told me they couldn’t do any more. They consistently sent the wrong paper work at every junction, and several times it was incorrectly filled out. There consolation offer was less than 0.9% of the sale price, and again, they didn’t care to make this process easy at any point. A truly horrific experience. More

We looked it over, drove it and asked questions- to which Jim had all of the answers to. What was really nice was there was no pressure to buy- the car or any of the options like, extended warranties- but in the end we did buy it and we LOVE IT!!!! Jim made the whole process easy and FUN. We will be back- even if its just to stop in and say "Hello"!!!! More
