I'm a happy camper! Replaced my 2006 Escape Hybrid with Jim I did my research online and was pretty sure of the car I wanted, a 2020 Escape Hybrid. As luck would have it, she hooked me up with Jim Fauci and he was the opposite of a high pressure car salesman, very laid back but businesslike. It turned out that they had received a delivery that day of a dark Persian green Titanium Hybrid Escape, which was at the top of my list. Jim provided me with some rebate information I wasn't aware of and the deal was done. He actually picked me up at my home on the day I was to pick up the car, and got it inspected and stickered right there so I could drive it home. Bravo to the sales team at York Ford! More

I in good faith can't recommend this place. Twice I emailed inquiries about an expedition and trading in my explorer. Twice no response. One was to the internet manager which I know.
