I in good faith can't recommend this place. Twice I emailed inquiries about an expedition and trading in my explorer. Twice no response. One was to the internet manager which I know. Maybe it had to do with my spouse choosing not to follow the york kia family over to Ford. I don't know. Maybe not. But they're sure fast to give him an interview when he's not employed. They lost a sale and all future sales from this family. I can guarantee that. I went somewhere else to get a larger suv. Save your time and dont go here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have never, in 39 years of life, dealt with such an incompetent organization with no regard for their customers. We made an appointment 1 month ahea I have never, in 39 years of life, dealt with such an incompetent organization with no regard for their customers. We made an appointment 1 month ahead of time for an oil change, transmission issues, a USB socket not working, and the in-lane assist isn't shutting off and is too sensitive. We left the car at 7:00 AM. At 3:00 PM we got a call explaining they hadn't even looked at the car yet and there was no way they were going to. I told them we could leave it but needed a loaner for the long, Labor Day weekend. The woman who called us stated there was no way they were going to give us a loaner for the long weekend and it wasn't their fault they waited 6 hours to tell us there was no way they would be servicing a car for a customer that made an appointment one month prior. I asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes on hold the same woman got back on the phone and had been told she could arrange to pay for a rental from their on site rental agency. Tuesday comes and at 3:15 PM I have to call them to find out what is going on with the car. They still haven't looked at the transmission, USB, or other thing. Wednesday comes and goes and they can't isolate the issue with the transmission. They tell us the USB has no issues. I tell them several times it does not work. They don't mention anything about the in-lane assist. Finally, on Thursday I tell them we are picking up the car because this whole process has been a disaster. The employee tells us that they couldn't find an issue with the transmission because they only drove it 6 miles and only during rush hour on a busy highway so they couldn't get to speeds to see the issue. They took poor notes on our complaint on the in-lane assist and made it more sensitive instead of less and it still didn't shut off at low speeds. The paperwork we received showed that the mileage in was the same as the mileage out, so they technician didn't drive the 6 miles previously claimed. Additionally, I plugged my phone into the USB and guess what? It didn't work. In short, we left the car for a week and got an oil change. I would avoid York Ford at all costs. More

He worked with the finance manager and ran numbers for us on a few different vehicles which helped us find a vehicle that met all of our wants and needs. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever! Jim was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently and honestly. We didn’t feel rushed at any point in the process. His expertise in the process from start to finish was so valuable. In my past experiences with buying cars there is always something that gets held up for one reason or another but not in this transaction. Thankful to say this transaction was smooth and went off without a hitch.
