I wasn't necessarily looking for a ford but Jim had a used Jeep compass on the lot that I really liked. He gave me a good price and and also a good price on my trade in. there were some issues I had with the vehicle and Jim set me up with a loner vehicle and personally took care of seeing that my issues were addressed right down to picking up my vehicle when the repairs were done and delivering it to my home. He went above and beyond what I consider excellent customer service. If you're looking for a vehicle, new or used Jim Fauci is your Man. Michael Annese More

My wife and I purchased a Ranger from York Ford last week. Our sale rep, Jim Fauci, was excellent. He waited until closing time to show the vehicle because it was the only time we could make it there. W week. Our sale rep, Jim Fauci, was excellent. He waited until closing time to show the vehicle because it was the only time we could make it there. We test drove it and spent about a half hour working out a price. There was no pressure or games. Very straight forward and easy to deal with. It's the third time we've purchased a vehicle there, and each time was a good experience. I would recommend York, and Jim, if you're looking for a car. Very shifty and shady… Got bounced around… Wrong extensions being left for me to call someone back and then poof the car I wanted got sold… CUSTOMER service should be more of a priority …. BUYER BEWARE AVOID, York Ford posted a vehicle for sale on their website that wasn't actually on the lot so when I inquired about it. They wouldn't take a deposit on the vehicle to hold it but it would be on their website that wasn't actually on the lot so when I inquired about it. They wouldn't take a deposit on the vehicle to hold it but it would be "reserved" I have strung along on a "reserved" vehicle for me that the vehicle would be back Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and finally It came back Thursday night. The Used Car Sales Manager Alex appraised my vehicle and then left so I couldn't talk to him about the trade analysis. The numbers were incorrect with everyone pointing fingers back at Alex and to call Friday morning to then talk to Alex. Alex told me he would review the numbers with Adam and he would call me. After numerous calls back and forth and Alex still telling me, that he didn't get to check with Adam regarding the numbers. After dealing with it all morning on Friday I called at noon to find out It was no longer reserved for me like promised and He still couldn't check on the numbers and that someone else was going to buy it. Alex lies to customers about what he can do and then doesn't do it. For example, trying to get closer to the correct numbers was going to give me $600 more in trade/off purchase of a vehicle then as the conversation went on couldn't do that anymore. This is a big example of how to do bad business! Avoid this dealership altogether. More
