After going back and fourth with McGovern we finally reached a deal. At closing I was originally told that besides the down payment I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Else. Then, I was told that my lease on my jeep was “all in” for the monthly figure I agreed to. Not true, I now still have to pay additional taxes which they 100% told me wasn’t going to be the case. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. Staff were condescending and dismissive when I asked questions, and they came across as inattentive and unresponsive dealership’s service department. Staff were condescending and dismissive when I asked questions, and they came across as inattentive and unresponsive throughout the process. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, they brushed them off and even blamed the manufacturer instead of addressing the actual issue with my Jeep. Overall, I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I would not recommend this service center to anyone looking for honest, attentive customer care. More
