After numerous issues with my 96 road master I decided I had no alternative but to have the vehicle looked over. I was aware of a few problems, namely the brakes near the end did their life cycle and the ig had no alternative but to have the vehicle looked over. I chose to reach out to Coleman directly after several recommendations from friends in the area. He was highly regarded for service and more importantly (to me at least, end cost). After looking over my vehicle it was clear that my car was in much worse shape than I had previously thought. Coleman and his team identified several loose connections in the dash that could have been disasterous on the road. I suppose the warning signs had been there, but as it turns out my signals were crossed and complicating the connection to my wipers. I was one rainy day from a terrible accident. Fortunately Coleman and his team were there to help. They fixed. My wiring, ignition and brakes. I was pleasantly surprised with both their estimate and my total bill (even lower!). They were curious, professional and above all timely. I picked up my car next day at 5 and drove off happy. Worth noting that they arranged a loaner car for me while mine was being serviced. I was introduced to Acton Chrysler twelve years ago when it was Acton Lincoln Mercury, and it was one of the best moves I have ever made. Previously, I would not even have considered buying an American car, it was Acton Lincoln Mercury, and it was one of the best moves I have ever made. Previously, I would not even have considered buying an American car, let alone have my car serviced at a dealership, but Coleman and his crew treated me fairly, kindly, and honestly. When I have my car serviced, the service department is professional, competent, and completely trustworthy; I know they will do the job well and won't do more than is needed. They are patient and explain in detail (when asked) what was done and why. They are not in the business just to make money, but to do what is best for the customer. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler at Acton Chrysler, and the experience was pleasant and easy. Brian, Dennis, and Coleman were on hand to explain the ins and outs of buying a Wrangler, and I had complete faith in their recommendations. Actually, I am thankful that Coleman runs a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. We were in need of a new car, and I did not relish the thought of going somewhere else, since I was not in the market for a Lincoln. I have also bought used cars from them, two of which I still have and they still service. I've also had them service my Prius and Porsche. I have had my car since 2006. It is not one of the brands they sell and yet they have never been anything but wonderful with my car. The most recent incident I had was that there was a large amount of debris they sell and yet they have never been anything but wonderful with my car. The most recent incident I had was that there was a large amount of debris in the way of normal rain drainage outside of my windshield that led to water accumulating into the car and "raining" on the passenger floor. They spent a good amount of effort in clearing the debris, emptying the water pooling everywhere and drying and decontaminating not only the carpet but the underlayers as well. It was fantastic and I am sure an unpleasant job. I am assured that they did a professional, complete job and my car will not suffer for it. More

I have had experience with two other MA CDJR dealerships. Acton CDJR is by far the best. The following is why this dealership, in my mind, separates itself from "the pack". I purchased my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 in February 2012. It was the first one delivered to this dealership. I do not know if I was more excited or the staff at the dealership. There is nothing "blasé" about this dealership. They were active and interested participants in the entire process, and were fantastic is providing updates as the car was approaching delivery. Upon delivery, they fully inspected the car inside and out, as it was a new model. They found a minor problem with one of the fender flares (which I never would have noticed) and went to great lengths to have it fixed. I have had one routine service which was a very nice experience. The facility is top notch, and the staff make their customers very comfortable while waiting. The staff is courteous, professional, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a CDJR vehicle. More
