I have purchased several new and used cars over the years and, as usual, I was excited about getting a new car but, quite frankly, apprehensive about dealing with high-pressure sales tactics, drawn-out price negotiations and last-minute surprises. Lou was very low key and courteous. I believe we had one back and forth on price, but that was it. The process was painless. Both Lou in sales and Steven Brittain in parts (I ordered a few extras to be installed before I took delivery) did what they said they were going to do and, importantly, for exactly the price they said they would. This was probably the most straightforward and best experience I have ever had buying a car. More

The site found three highly rated dealers in my area with cars that met my criteria. Patrick Gloss from Acton CDJR called me within half an hour. He has a very friendly demeanor. He was very helpful and talked me through the cars that met my criteria that they had in stock and others they could get immediately. My wife and I decided to go in that evening to take a look at one specific Jeep model. Her last two cars were Jeeps. Patrick talked us through the car features, let us drive it by ourselves, and then answered all our questions. Never any pressure to buy, just great service. He then worked with us on a very good price on the new car and good trade in value on our old car. We were in and out in under two hours. Today, two days later, we picked up my wife's new car. Patrick had had the car inspected, registered, with new plates and setup with our insurance company. We signed the paperwork and were out the door in half an hour.
