Our most recent purchase was for considerably less than we expected to pay as Coleman's advice encouraged us to consider a make and model we wouldn't otherwise have embraced. As important, they stand by their vehicles, offering top-notch service without any of the price-gouging that some mechanics promote. Acton completely removed the stress from buying and maintaining a car; we don't worry that we paid too much or had done unnecessary maintenance. More

I have had my car since 2006. It is not one of the brands they sell and yet they have never been anything but wonderful with my car. The most recent incident I had was that there was a large amount of debris they sell and yet they have never been anything but wonderful with my car. The most recent incident I had was that there was a large amount of debris in the way of normal rain drainage outside of my windshield that led to water accumulating into the car and "raining" on the passenger floor. They spent a good amount of effort in clearing the debris, emptying the water pooling everywhere and drying and decontaminating not only the carpet but the underlayers as well. It was fantastic and I am sure an unpleasant job. I am assured that they did a professional, complete job and my car will not suffer for it. More

Excellent group of folks who really know how to treat a customer with respect and they charge a very fair price for all of their work! I have been using this firm for over ten years and highly recommend th customer with respect and they charge a very fair price for all of their work! They can repair both domestic and foreign vehicles and have yet to encounter a problem that could not be solved. More

Unbelievably friendly. Honest and caring. Will not upsell you on maintenence. Will go nowhere else. Very honest people. A joy to work with. My daughter once left her bat and baseball glove in the dealer rental car and the owner 1) went out of his way to figure out it was ours, then 2) dropped the bat once left her bat and baseball glove in the dealer rental car and the owner 1) went out of his way to figure out it was ours, then 2) dropped the bat and glove back at our house.
