I called the first week of December and asked if the part needed for the recall on my car was in stock. I was told that it was and scheduled an appointment for 12/10. I came in for the appointment and after needed for the recall on my car was in stock. I was told that it was and scheduled an appointment for 12/10. I came in for the appointment and after waiting for an hour was told that they didn't have the part. It was very aggravating. I have scheduled another appointment for 12/19 and I hope that I won't have the same experience. More
