Fran was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. I was buying the vehicle from across the state, much of my communication was done through text which made things easy for me. Bought this truck in April. Brought it in for an oil change and two issues that the truck had when purchased. Purchased a warranty for the truck when I got it. Got the run aro Brought it in for an oil change and two issues that the truck had when purchased. Purchased a warranty for the truck when I got it. Got the run around on the front parking sensor ( light on when I bought it) and on the AC not blowing cold. Kept calling for updates as they didn't call me and was asked if I was going to pay for the AC recharge. It didn't work when I bought it so no I am not paying for it. Was told the parking sensor had chuffed wires on it from my having a plow put on it.when I Brought it in for service I only had put 1500 miles on it since buying it and 500 since the plow was installed from a plow dealer. Finally got the truck back two days later, paid $95 for an oil change. Started home and the reminder decal for the oil change was the same one as when I dropped it off. Got home and opened the hood and couldn't find any evidence of anyone doing an oil change as road dust was still on the motor cover and around the dip stick. I don't know what the warranty means if they were reluctant to take care of the issues that came with the truck. I will be having my oil changes ect done elsewhere. No problems with the mechanics but the people that run the desk seem to have to ask someone higher up for everything. More
