I can’t say enough great things about this business. Usually, going to a car dealership you feel like you’re being heckled and pushed into certain packages, but at McGovern in Acton, you’ll feel everyth Usually, going to a car dealership you feel like you’re being heckled and pushed into certain packages, but at McGovern in Acton, you’ll feel everything but this. I worked with Kirk. He walked up to me as soon as I walked into the dealership and worked with me until we came to a very reasonable agreement. During the agreement process, Eva, the manager, came over and introduced herself and personally helped to get the dream Wrangler I’ve wanted since I was a little girl. There were a couple bumps in the road with the finance department and insurance approval process, but Kirk made sure it got done for the day we agreed on vehicle pick up. Kirk was SUPER detailed with the walk through of the new Jeep Wrangler 4xe, from technology to simple Jeep pleasure additions. 10/10 would recommend working with these folks. They make you feel understood in these hard times and like you’re a part of the McGovern family. I will definitely be renewing my lease in the next 3 years with Kirk! Can’t wait to enjoy my new car!
