Executive summary: Amazing customer service from every single team member I spoke with. Will not hesitate to return. After a moment of motoring excellence, I had to have a rim on my Charger swapped out single team member I spoke with. Will not hesitate to return. My first course of action was to call up the dealer I had purchased my car from earlier this year (unfortunately not Acton) to try and get things resolved. This most recent bad interaction with them was the last straw. Their service department was cold and defensive and took me for granted as a customer. Thanks to sites like this one it isn't hard to find a place who wants my continuing business. That place is now Acton Chrysler. There was a guy I overheard today waiting for service work significantly more intensive/profitable than changing a rim, but I can honestly say I was treated with the same degree of respect and courtesy as all other customers. Pretty awesome when you think about it, even sketchy shops know it is foolish to not be nice when you are expecting a hefty repair bill, but being dismissive towards customers in for simpler and more routine work seems all too common. Mike Rand was my first line of contact and he made sure I got comfortable. Brandon (technician) personally made sure I was ok with using bead sealant on a brand new rim and explained the need for a new valve stem. Both of them deserve to be recognized for a great attitude and for keeping me up to speed. It is sometimes the small jobs like this that can really win people over, and today did just that.
