I was shocked at the bad reviews most dealers got, especially for service. This dealership had 5's across the board, so I though some of the reviews must be bogus. nevertheless, I decided to fire off an email to the sales contact listed on their website. I was very specific in what I wanted- instead of a form email (which I got from several other dealers) I received a short, courteous reply from Lou who simply wanted to know what he could do to help. We exchanged a few emails and then I drove up to the dealership. After an hour, we had a deal done. The process was smooth, Lou is extremely likeable and everyone at the dealership was friendly. My understanding is the owner is a former mechanic and truly understands what customer service is about. I've run companies, and it always amazes me when CEO's think they can be successful without awesome customer service. It's the foundation element of a good company. This dealer is simply cut from a different cloth- so if you value service, professionalism and respect, this is the right place to buy a car. More

Straight forward purchase of a new Jeep I wanted to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and Patrick from the very beginning gave me the best price. I'm so happy I went to Acton CDJR. Wade Tyler was my friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales rep. I test drove the V4 & V6 Jeep Cherokee and left the dealership to think it over without hearing 'what can I do to get you in this car today?" (yes, this line was actually used at another dealer). I took both SUV's out for another ride and decided I preferred the Jeep. The SUV with the interior I wanted wasn't on the lot. Wade quickly tracked it down and made the arrangements to have it brought over. The day of purchase was a breeze. Marianne in finance was friendly and knowledgeable. The warrantee options were presented nicely and without any pressure. I purchased the Cherokee Limited with the panoramic moon roof (love it!) which has a great ride and was far more equipped than my first choice for essentially the same price. More

We were traveling on 495 North in MA from Connecticut to Maine on Saturday December 28th, 2013. Our 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited broke Down. AAA towed us to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We literally pulled into the dealership unannounced at 3:45 on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend. I can't begin to tell you how well we were treated from the moment we walked in the door. The service team headed by Chris Couture immediately jumped into action and started working on our car. Honestly they tried very hard to get us back on the road that very afternoon. Unfortunately we had ignition coil failures and other issues that could not be fixed that day. Once the team realized we could not have our car back that afternoon they immediately offered us a mini van rental (they recognized we had our Yellow Lab with us and relaxed the no pet rule due to the emergency situation). Chris contacted me on both Monday and Tuesday to keep me posted on the repair progress and even made arrangement for us to swap the rental on New Year's Day on our way home so we would not have to cut our vacation short. Chris even gave me his cell phone number just in case we had an issue on New Years Day on our way home. I can not tell you how grateful we are to Chris and the entire service department. Their customer care and attention to Acton's customers needs are impeccable. I can't say THANK YOU enough! More
