We were traveling on 495 North in MA from Connecticut to Maine on Saturday December 28th, 2013. Our 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited broke Down. AAA towed us to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We literally pulled i Maine on Saturday December 28th, 2013. Our 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited broke Down. AAA towed us to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We literally pulled into the dealership unannounced at 3:45 on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend. I can't begin to tell you how well we were treated from the moment we walked in the door. The service team headed by Chris Couture immediately jumped into action and started working on our car. Honestly they tried very hard to get us back on the road that very afternoon. Unfortunately we had ignition coil failures and other issues that could not be fixed that day. Once the team realized we could not have our car back that afternoon they immediately offered us a mini van rental (they recognized we had our Yellow Lab with us and relaxed the no pet rule due to the emergency situation). Chris contacted me on both Monday and Tuesday to keep me posted on the repair progress and even made arrangement for us to swap the rental on New Year's Day on our way home so we would not have to cut our vacation short. Chris even gave me his cell phone number just in case we had an issue on New Years Day on our way home. I can not tell you how grateful we are to Chris and the entire service department. Their customer care and attention to Acton's customers needs are impeccable. I can't say THANK YOU enough! More

Best car purchasing experience in my life so far! Wade Tyler was our contact. I found the Chrysler I was interested in by doing by my own homework. I called Wade to help find the car and schedule a test drive. The color I wanted was rare, but Wade found one in less than 2 hours and contacted me immediately. I set up a test drive and the deal was done. This also was the quickest purchasing experience. There was no waitng around for long periods of time for paperwork, etc. The dealership has an 'in house' registry and state inspection facility. I also received a tour of this beautiful building, and was introduced to employees and the owner Coleman Hoyt. The nicest people! Before I drove off in my beautiful new car, Wade paired my phone with the car, set up my personal settings, and navigation screen. Also he went through every button inside the car to ensure I knew how to work everything. It was a pleasure doing business with Wade Tyler. This experience couldn't have gone smoother or with a nicer indvidual. I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle.
