To my surprise there were none. It was an amazing experience. Mike Gerber was great, too. He was straightfoward and easy to talk to. We talked about what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. No games and no hassle. I was in my new Jeep before week's end. Dennis was also great to work with and he handled most of the papework before I even got there to pick it up. This was a completely different experience from my last leasing company. I would recommand this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal with no games. It is hard to find this level of personal service in today's industry. More

Very responsive staff Not long ago we were in Vermont with our 2014 Jeep Cherokee which we had bought from Lou Angelli at Acton Chrysler Jeep a year ago, November. Unbeknow Not long ago we were in Vermont with our 2014 Jeep Cherokee which we had bought from Lou Angelli at Acton Chrysler Jeep a year ago, November. Unbeknownst to me one of our grandchildren had turned on the aft lights in the rear of the cabin on the roof. When noticed I attempted to turn off with switches and pressed also on the light itself. I must not have pushed the light correctly as it did not turn off. Being late Saturday afternoon and far from any help, I called Lou Angelli on his cell, he had the day off but his message suggested I call Wade Tyler. I left a message on Wade's message center with our phone #. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Mike Rand, Service Advisor who solved the problem; the light goes off by pressing. The message I have is that three individuals cared enough to follow through to help a customer in need of assistance. Great job !! More

Lou Angelli and Acton Jeep -- TOPS!!!! I was recommended to Acton Jeep and specifically, to Lou Angelli, to purchase a new Jeep Grand Jerokee. I even waited 15 mins in the showroom for Lou I was recommended to Acton Jeep and specifically, to Lou Angelli, to purchase a new Jeep Grand Jerokee. I even waited 15 mins in the showroom for Lou to be available, as my neighbor said he is that good. Well, from the first handshake to the final handshake when I walked out with a new car, Lou and the Acton team handled my car lease with flawless execution. Even when the car we thought I'd get, became unavailable, they were able to call an audible with 10 secs left on the play clock, and get me into another 2015 JGC that was even better, at $10/month less, with no money down. The professionalism that Lou exhibited, was so far different from many car experiences we have all had, where you feel they are working a zero-sum scenario -- their gain is your loss. In this, case the extra mile Lou went to explain the balance between their need to hit certain profit margins, their end-of-month incentives, my need to keep my payments in a certain range, all made for a mutual-gains arrangement. I will definitely go back to Acton Jeep and specifically, hope that Lou (a 30+ year veteran in the auto industry) is still there to lease me my next car in 3 years. Dave More
