Honesty and integrity come to mind when thinking about the dealership, which is why I have made repeated purchases from this dealer over 12 years. The owner is not an absent figure and regularly speaks with customers. Brian (GM) and Dennis (Sales Manager) are both very honest and accommodating with questions and requests. This was the first vehicle I have ever ordered because there were none in the area to my requirements. Wade Tyler my sales consultant walked me through the ordering process from start to finish. He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and regularly kept me informed of the production and delivery timeline. I will return for service and future purchases. More

After contacting several Jeep dealers and having a less than satisfying experience, I had the pleasure of meeting with Lou Angelli who took care of my After contacting several Jeep dealers and having a less than satisfying experience, I had the pleasure of meeting with Lou Angelli who took care of my needs in an efficient and professional manner. I wanted a particular configuration for a Jeep Cherokee that I knew would require ordering from the factory. Lou and I arrived at a satisfactory price for both the Cherokee and for my trade in less than 20 minutes and he typed in the order to the factory while I watched. Lou then followed up by providing me with periodic updates as to the factory status all the way until delivery of the Cherokee. Lou's professionalism, experience, and low key manner made for a vehicle buying experience that would be hard to beat. More

Fantastic Experience My wife and I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee Limited from Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, something My wife and I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee Limited from Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, something you don't often hear when researching dealerships. My wife and I both work ridiculous hours which makes spending time dealing with a car purchase difficult - that's where Acton (Wade specifically) stepped in. We knew what we wanted, emailed the dealer and Wade responded within hours. He was fair, transparent and answered all of my questions promptly. This is not the same experience we had at other Boston-based Jeep dealers, each of which could not answer simple questions, had no price integrity, or were simply unresponsive. Because we were coming off of another Grand Cherokee lease, we knew what we wanted, but still had some questions. Wade was patient, helpful and responsive. We did everything over email and when we went to pick up the car this past weekend, the finance department was perfectly in sync with sales, we signed a few papers, and then Wade spent over 30 mins making sure we understood how to use all the new functionality in the car before we left. Our experience was so positive that later that evening, my wife and I felt like we didn't even get a new car, it was that easy! I would highly recommend Acton, and ask for Wade! More
