Excellent Customer Service I called the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Mike looked up my vehicle very easily and when I explained my air conditio I called the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Mike looked up my vehicle very easily and when I explained my air conditioning was not working, he asked if I could come in that morning. He said they would look at it and I could wait for the car …I wouldn't be there all day. I took my car in and signed in with Alex, who maintained the friendly, helpful attitude I had received from Mike. He told me the car was due for some computer upgrades and asked if I wanted to have them done while I was there. The air conditioning was fixed and the upgrades completed in a little over an hour. Alex explained what they did with the air conditioning and made a follow up appointment in a few weeks so they could ensure everything was running properly and there were no leaks. Acton is 30 minutes further from the local dealership, but well worth the travel time. So refreshing to do business with people who are professional, friendly and all around nice! More
Refreshing Cary Buying Experience I had not purchased a car from this dealership since long ago when it was a Lincoln dealer. I had found a car online that I was interested in and sen I had not purchased a car from this dealership since long ago when it was a Lincoln dealer. I had found a car online that I was interested in and sent an inquiry as to availability. I almost immediately got a response from Lou Angelli a Senior Sales & Leasing consultant. He informed me the car was in fact still available and kindly asked when I may want to take a look. I had let him know I will get back to him as my weekend schedule was a mess. The first thing I appreciated was his response that was very eager to help and to just let him know but now pushing me to drop everything I'm doing and "Come on down". I was able to find sometime a few days later and let Lou know via email I was coming. Upon arrival, the car was clean and ready for me to test drive. I did not have to go hunting around or wait to be dealt with. I almost immediately was able to jump in and test drive the car I was interested in. After a good drive I was very interested in the car and came back and began speaking with Lou. The first order up for bid was to evaluate my trade in. This is typically a painful experience for me in years past, with dealers pretending my car isn't worth much, etc, but Lou and their sales manager were very complimentary of my car and how well I kept it maintained. They also were very candid about how the price trade ins and even showed me the website/system they use to see exactly what they are seeing as recommended. Beyond that without having to haggle and go back and forth 20 times like many dealers do, I got a fair price for my trade in which was even a bit above recommended. They appreciated and valued that I was trading a car in such good shape and didn't play any games. They also were again quite fair on the purchase of my new car as well. And again which was very refreshing was this was all done in one shot, I didn't have to haggle and have someone going back and forth to the mysterious Sales manager behind the desk. They were very candid and fair right from the gate saving me frustration and the all to often feeling of being swindled. Beyond the overall process being very smooth and reasonable Lou and the other folks at this dealership were just friendly and pleasant to work with. I really can't say enough about how much of a smooth, headache free experience it was working with Lou and this dealership. Last and also important to me was they were able to have the car cleaned, registered, inspected, etc. the next day by lunch. We all know when we by something new we want it NOW and they made that happen. I would absolutely return to this dealership in the future. More

Honesty and integrity come to mind when thinking about the dealership, which is why I have made repeated purchases from this dealer over 12 years. The owner is not an absent figure and regularly speaks with customers. Brian (GM) and Dennis (Sales Manager) are both very honest and accommodating with questions and requests. This was the first vehicle I have ever ordered because there were none in the area to my requirements. Wade Tyler my sales consultant walked me through the ordering process from start to finish. He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and regularly kept me informed of the production and delivery timeline. I will return for service and future purchases. More

I wanted a particular configuration for a Jeep Cherokee that I knew would require ordering from the factory. Lou and I arrived at a satisfactory price for both the Cherokee and for my trade in less than 20 minutes and he typed in the order to the factory while I watched. Lou then followed up by providing me with periodic updates as to the factory status all the way until delivery of the Cherokee. Lou's professionalism, experience, and low key manner made for a vehicle buying experience that would be hard to beat. More

Lou Angelli does a great job! Not the “pushy” sales type, Lou is concerned first and foremost for the interests of his customer. Service and follow-through are priorities.
