First used Mercury (2002) in 2007, beautiful condition and serviced regularly with only a few repairs over the years. Would still have it if it hadn't been totaled in an accident. Great Jeep buying experience I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so I checked dealers for availability of colors/options. Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram showed a silver 4 doo I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so I checked dealers for availability of colors/options. Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram showed a silver 4 door on the lot. I checked reviews and noticed a majority of positive reviews, something other dealers I checked did not have. I took a chance and drove up for a test drive. The first thing I noticed that a sales person did not come outside as soon as I drove in the lot. Plus 1. When my wife and I were obviously looking at one particular vehicle, Lou Angelli approached us and asked if we had any questions. I did and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep product line. There was no pressure to move to the next step, it was my choice to see what they could do for me. Lou walked us through all the options and went above and beyond to give me a good trade in offer. Decision time! He explained the service philosophy, the support of the entire staff, and provided examples of customer support. OK, lets do it! I am now the proud owner of a new Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited and couldn't be happier. It was ready when promised, plates transferred, gas tank full, full review of the controls, and even an extra minute to make sure the name on the spare tire cover was straight. I have received my first service appointment, and knowing I had a 45 minute drive, it was for a Saturday morning, something I didn't have to request. Very pleased with the entire experience and I highly recommend Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Lou Angelli. More

From the first time I met with Patrick Gloss until I took delivery today, the sales experience has been professional, courteous, and, most importantly, no pressure. I looked round at many Jeep Dealerships but Patrick was the one to come up with a solution that fitted me perfectly. The price was definitely market based - no haggling required. Patrick knew I had six weeks till I turned in the car I had been leasing and so he suggested ordering a custom vehicle from the factory at the same discount from MSRP that we had agreed. I really jumped at the idea of ordering a car with exactly the options I wanted while still getting it at a great price. The ordering experience was smooth and Patrick kept me updated regularly on where the vehicle was in production. He had promised six to eight weeks and it came in exactly 6 weeks later - the day my leased car needed to be returned.
