Jeep Wrangler - Excellent Experience I recently bought a new Sahara unlimited from Lou Angelli at Acton Jeep. I had visited three other dealerships and worked with multiple salesman so I I recently bought a new Sahara unlimited from Lou Angelli at Acton Jeep. I had visited three other dealerships and worked with multiple salesman so I really had done my research before I met Lou. Lou was professional, responsive, and a straight shooter. Lou was really just a breath of fresh air. In fact after I spoke with him on the phone, I drove 40 miles to do business with him. The price was right but the service made the experience memorable. If I buy another Jeep it will be from Lou. Highly recommended. More

Town and Country Lease from Mike Gerber I recently leased a Town and Country at Acton Chrysler, and worked with Mike Gerber. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever ha I recently leased a Town and Country at Acton Chrysler, and worked with Mike Gerber. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had initially contacted quite a few dealerships, and Mike sent me the most helpful response. He promptly answered all of my many emails back and forth with straight forward answers that really helped me come to a decision. Once I came into the dealership he was very honest and I felt that I really understood my options after speaking with him. He also did not attempt to up-sell me at all; he really understood what I wanted. He didn't even flinch when my son spilled an entire cup of complimentary hot chocolate all over his desk. This was also the quickest car purchase I have ever made. I think I spent a total of under 2 hours in the dealership, significantly less than my other experiences. My time with the manager signing the paperwork was quick and painless, again no attempt at up-selling, which I really appreciated. 5 stars! More

What a breath of fresh air he was in an industry that can be hard to come away saying that. He is a genuinely nice guy and very fair to deal with. At the closing, he met me first thing on a Saturday morning (the only time I could meet with him as a small business owner) and took the time to review every detail of my new SUV (a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo). My Father lives in Yarmouthport and I live Pembroke, and we did not hesitate to drive all the way to Acton to work with Lou. I will definitely purchase future cars from him down the road.
