I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We wish we knew who you were so that we could offer assistance, but your anonymity precludes any response on our part. My interpretation from your comments (provided a week and a half after your visit) is that one of our employees may have greeted you without recognizing that you had been a customer of the store previously. Have I got that right? We have 6 people at our service desk and several thousand active clients, so I can see how you might interact with someone who did not know you. The individual who you have identified as having failed to recognize you is Alex Mueller. He is a terrific hardworking employee.... and he continues to ask me what happened here, for which I can offer no counsel. Thank you for your nice words. We surprise a lot of people when we are able to "go get it from another dealer" which is the case almost 50% of the time on new cars today. Some dealers won't bother with the effort to do so, but we'll routinely go to New Jersey, Vermont or northern Maine if we have to.... to find the right car for our customers! It better NOT have changed. We do not allow the tacky "price revision" that so many local dealers for these brands seem to pull when attempting to persuade people to come see them.
