Lou was really just a breath of fresh air. In fact after I spoke with him on the phone, I drove 40 miles to do business with him. The price was right but the service made the experience memorable. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had initially contacted quite a few dealerships, and Mike sent me the most helpful response. He promptly answered all of my many emails back and forth with straight forward answers that really helped me come to a decision. Once I came into the dealership he was very honest and I felt that I really understood my options after speaking with him. He also did not attempt to up-sell me at all; he really understood what I wanted. He didn't even flinch when my son spilled an entire cup of complimentary hot chocolate all over his desk. This was also the quickest car purchase I have ever made. I think I spent a total of under 2 hours in the dealership, significantly less than my other experiences. My time with the manager signing the paperwork was quick and painless, again no attempt at up-selling, which I really appreciated. 5 stars! More
