The exact vehicle was not on the lot, so Lou tracked it down, and Acton went 200+ miles to Pennsylvania to pick it up. I happened to be on vacation out of state so Lou and I closed the deal over the phone. Acton had no issue with me sending scans and photos of the necessary closing documents via email. This allowed me to pick up the new Jeep the day I returned from vacation. Just a great experience overall and refreshing to deal with Lou, who was honest with me every step of the way, and always returned calls and emails promptly. When the competitors found out what I could get the vehicle for, of course, it was "Oh, we can do that price" Well, I rather not play games. Acton and Lou were right up front on how much they would sell the vehicle for. I didnt have to play the "well, come in and Ill talk to the sales manager" game. I make my living in sales and manage 18 agents. I also sold cars before my real estate career 30 years ago, and know the game. Lou was open and honest with me and was happy that I was eligible for another discount after settling on the price. (Most would be upset.) Lou was pleasant, and was very helpful in me figuring out the controls and making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. As far as the vehicle (Durango Limited), it was ready to go the very next morning and Lou was patient with me in going over the truck. My last three vehicles were either lexus or Infinitis and they werent as helpful or as straightforward as these guys. The owner, Coleman Hoyt had a great reputation with our family as we had purchase three cars with him many, many years ago, and his sales staff project the same qualities that he does. I plan on having my vehicle serviced here, even though it is not the closest Dodge dealership to me. Gary R. More
