They went above and beyond to get it back to the lot so we could test drive it. Yes, I realize it's all about the sale but it was such a pleasant experience to deal with them. Brian, the sales manager, and Lou Angelli were great. We test drove the vehicle, they inspected our trade and we agreed on a price. It was by far the best car buying experience we've had and exceeded the dealership we'd been at the day before. More

Sounded like a loose clamp .Sevice manager said it was time for a transmission service so we left the car. Got a call the transient pan was rusted / rotten and should be replaced and the lines were leaking . So we ok'd the work 3 days later got the car back with the parts they replaced, the old parts did not need to be replaced it was a little surfaced rust for 50,000 mile car was normal trans lines were wet not leaking . And the noise is still there ( something loose in the muffler ) total bill $ 900 plus dollars .showed the parts to some techs at another dealer they laughed . It look2 techs to do this work not sure why . Will not be using Acton Chrysler anytime soon . More

Quick and easy (without feeling rushed). Wade Tyler answered my questions patiently and without hesitation. Totally transparent pricing and option packages. Great follow up and thorough in helping answer questions after the sale. Wade made a typically dreadful transaction not only simple but delightful. I have had some inconveniences with my windshield wipers but Lou took immediately care of the problem.
