I was very lucky to connect with salesperson Samson Moses who took a low-pressure approach which was exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a few other dealerships and quickly left after experiencing their aggressive approach. Samson was patient, accommodating, very informative and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at a fabulous price. Marion in the finance office was also very pleasant to work with. It's bad enough to be 'encouraged' to buy a car that isn't what you want - the wrong color, extra options - but it is totally unacceptable to be subjected to bullying and verbal abuse tactics. Go somewhere else. Send the clear message that they need to behave professionally and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. More

From the moment I walked in to this dealership, I was greeted and served immediately. Prior to visiting the Acton Jeep dealership, I had visited two local Jeep dealerships and had sat down with two different salesmen to discuss my options. At both locations, I felt as though I was being pushed into buying my Jeep that very day. The prices kept fluctuating and I never seemed to get a straight answer. It was not the experience I was looking for. I went to the Acton location and my views had changed on the car buying experience for the better. Each and every employee I came into contact with was friendly, patient, and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. Of note, I was especially impressed with Lou, who knew more about the Jeep Grand Cherokee than I think I will ever know. He went over every nook and cranny in the vehicle and didnt miss a beat.
