Prior to visiting the Acton Jeep dealership, I had visited two local Jeep dealerships and had sat down with two different salesmen to discuss my options. At both locations, I felt as though I was being pushed into buying my Jeep that very day. The prices kept fluctuating and I never seemed to get a straight answer. It was not the experience I was looking for. I went to the Acton location and my views had changed on the car buying experience for the better. Each and every employee I came into contact with was friendly, patient, and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. Of note, I was especially impressed with Lou, who knew more about the Jeep Grand Cherokee than I think I will ever know. He went over every nook and cranny in the vehicle and didnt miss a beat. Living in Boston, we might not have even going out to Acton if they didn't have the exact Grand Cherokee Overland we were looking for. We arrived without an appointment and the vehicle wasn't there. They went above and beyond to get it back to the lot so we could test drive it. Yes, I realize it's all about the sale but it was such a pleasant experience to deal with them. Brian, the sales manager, and Lou Angelli were great. We test drove the vehicle, they inspected our trade and we agreed on a price. It was by far the best car buying experience we've had and exceeded the dealership we'd been at the day before. More

There was absolutely no pressure to buy. When I did decide to buy it couldn't of went smoother. They gave me a more than fair price ( I had done some research) for my trade in and the same for the wrangler that I chose. Sounded like a loose clamp .Sevice manager said it was time for a transmission service so we left the car. Got a call the transient pan was rusted / rotten and should be replaced and the lines were leaking . So we ok'd the work 3 days later got the car back with the parts they replaced, the old parts did not need to be replaced it was a little surfaced rust for 50,000 mile car was normal trans lines were wet not leaking . And the noise is still there ( something loose in the muffler ) total bill $ 900 plus dollars .showed the parts to some techs at another dealer they laughed . It look2 techs to do this work not sure why . Will not be using Acton Chrysler anytime soon . More
