Fantastic Experience Most people don't enjoy the car buying experience and often dread the process. I was more than pleasantly surprised to have the best car buying exper Most people don't enjoy the car buying experience and often dread the process. I was more than pleasantly surprised to have the best car buying experiencing working with Lou at the dealership. I am one to do a lot of research prior to visiting the dealership, so I came prepared in regards to the options I was looking for and competitive pricing data. Lou worked to find me a vehicle matching my requirements and provided me an extremely competitive price right out of the gate. This was my first surprise as usually you have to go a few rounds to get in the ballpark. Next up was my trade and I was looking for a certain minimum amount, but again the dealership offered me a higher amount. Yet again, another surprise. Last but not least, Lou asked where I worked and found that my company actually is an official supplier to Jeep and therefore I qualified for a substantial discount. Lou and the dealership went above and beyond to treat me fairly and with respect throughout the entire experience. I've never had such a good experience buying a car! A big thanks to Lou and Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the amazing experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for one of the brands they carry. More

I felt comfortable from the moment I met him. No pressure and extremely friendly. Through the company I work for I get special pricing on Chrysler vehicles. 1% under invoice plus any incentives. This means that Lou probably won't be making much of a commission on this sale. But he still treated me with much respect and professionalism. The Jeep was built to my specs and was to take 5 weeks to arrive. At this point the sale was over, but Lou still kept in contact with me letting me know the status of the build and the delivery status the whole way. Can't say enough nice things. Go talk to him if your shopping around see what I mean. More

The salesman, Sampson Moses, came right over to help me, listened to what I was looking for and made me a deal I couldn't refuse within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. Sampson had me in and out in an hour, P&S signed, Financing in process, the whole nine yards. I really felt like Acton Jeep appreciated me as a customer and placed a high value on my time.
