From the moment I walked in to this dealership, I was greeted and served immediately. Prior to visiting the Acton Jeep dealership, I had visited two local Jeep dealerships and had sat down with two different salesmen to discuss my options. At both locations, I felt as though I was being pushed into buying my Jeep that very day. The prices kept fluctuating and I never seemed to get a straight answer. It was not the experience I was looking for. I went to the Acton location and my views had changed on the car buying experience for the better. Each and every employee I came into contact with was friendly, patient, and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. Of note, I was especially impressed with Lou, who knew more about the Jeep Grand Cherokee than I think I will ever know. He went over every nook and cranny in the vehicle and didnt miss a beat. He helped me to navigate through all of the many features to my new car and had a calm, pleasant manner while doing so. I truly could not have asked for a better expericne! More

They went above and beyond to get it back to the lot so we could test drive it. Yes, I realize it's all about the sale but it was such a pleasant experience to deal with them. Brian, the sales manager, and Lou Angelli were great. We test drove the vehicle, they inspected our trade and we agreed on a price. It was by far the best car buying experience we've had and exceeded the dealership we'd been at the day before. More
