Wade Tyler is a rockstar! My husband and I were thinking of upgrading my husband's ride from a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer to something newer. We purchased the Mountaineer in 2004 at the same dealership, when all they sold was Ford and Lincoln-Mercury. My husband was thinking of a Jeep Compass and we decided to return to this dealership, which now sells Jeeps. We pulled up at noon on a Sunday afternoon and Wade came outside to meet us. He brought us right in to his desk and asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for. He pulled a Compass up front for us to test drive, and we loved it immediately. We returned to make the deal, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Wade explained all the options and took us back to the lot where we looked at all the in-stock cars to choose our color. Olive green with black roof. Sharp! Wade was super professional and knowledgeable about everything on that car. When We came to pick the car up the next day, Wade say in the car with us, demonstrated all the features, infusing setting up radio stations and pairing my husband's cell phone with the car's Blue tooth. Can't even tell you how impressed we are with the whole experience from beginning to end! We love our car and we love this dealership! More
New Jeep Grand Cherokee I had been looking for a new vehicle for a couple months. I kept thinking about the Jeep. My family went and Wade came out to talk to us. We went for a test drive and came back to buy it. When I picked it up a few days later, Wade took the time to sit with me in the car and explain all the bells and whistles. The Worst Chrysler Dealer I took my Town and Country to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on October 9, 2017 (Columbus Day holiday) for repairs of humming noise; replacement of air I took my Town and Country to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on October 9, 2017 (Columbus Day holiday) for repairs of humming noise; replacement of air conditioner/cabin filter; replacement of transmission line; replacement of front brake linings and two brake rotors;and replacement/alignment of four new tires. I paid almost $3,000 for all the repairs. I picked up my vehicle on October 12, 2017. However, on October 20, I returned my vehicle to Acton Chrysler because of the humming noise that Acton Chrysler claimed it had fixed. But to my utmost shock, I was told that I will incur another charge to fix the humming noise. I requested to speak to a supervisor to help remedy the humming noise problem but to no avail. I felt horrified and dissatisfied. Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the worst Chrysler dealer:it has the worst customer relations and service; it takes too much time to complete repairs; its services are very unreliable; and its staff is very unprofessional. I will never take my vehicle to Acton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again. More

Excellent Management and Service Recovery I have never purchased a car from this dealership but have experience some pretty slow service here in the past in the Service Department. I would definitely recommend you make an appointment even if you are going in for an oil change as it can take quite a while to get through. That said, I recently had a further issue after an oil change (damage caused by a service rep, though definitely an honest mistake) that I had to escalate up to management. Coleman, the president, responded to me late on a Friday and e-mailed with me back and forth past midnight, talking about the issue and showing great empathy for my situation. While the front-end reps in Service did not want to take responsibility (I understand them wanting to protect their business), Coleman was great in listening to my story and working towards a resolution. He put me in touch with Chris, the Service Manager, who was prompt and friendly. I brought my car back in for him to take a look at and he quickly agreed to take care of the issue, and was great with communication to get it all resolved. I was certainly upset when this all began but Coleman and Chris were excellent at service recovery and really helped to put me at ease. I am happy to have the broken piece replaced and feel comfortable continuing to do business with Acton Dodge More

No pressure, no hassle car dealership I went back because of Wade Tyler. Having moved to MA a few years ago, and a horrible experience at the first dealership I was associated with, I leas I went back because of Wade Tyler. Having moved to MA a few years ago, and a horrible experience at the first dealership I was associated with, I leased a Challenger from Wade. Such an amazing car, but when it came time to return it, (and having gone from 0 kids to having 2 daughters) I knew it was time to make a change. We returned the Challenger and ended up with a Pacifica for my wife. Through every step Wade was there, pushing to help us get the best vehicle for the best price. I can honestly say we would not have the car we do now if not for him going above and beyond on our behalf. Thanks Wade! More
