Pros and cons are always discussed in an honest and straightforward way and I honestly feel like I am talking to a friend or neighbor rather than a salesperson. I made an appointment for 9:20am to have my truck's oil changed and tires rotated. The service rep (I will not name names) was friendly enough. Since dealerships can take an hour or two to change oil, I requested that he call me when my vehicle was ready, as my wife was picking me up. Fast forward to 4 hours later at 1:30 with no word from the dealership. I called and spoke with the same service rep. They was trouble with the phone systems in the form of a long delay that made conversation difficult. The rep sounded slightly annoyed that I was checking in, even though I was polite, and informed me it was not ready because I did not that I needed my vehicle by a certain time. So the intimation was pretty much that it was my fault the oil change wasn't done four hours after dropping it off on time for the appointment that I made. Since talking on the phone was difficult due to the aforementioned issue, I chose to end the call. I then send an email to the dealership, which conveyed my frustration but in no way was rude. I soon received a call back from the service rep. This time, the phone systems was working fine. The rep was upset that I sent the aforementioned email and did not understand why I was making a complaint. He again reiterated that I did not say I need my vehicle right away. Again, the intimation here is that I was being unreasonable for assuming an oil change would not take 4+ hours (even with an appointment). M main point is, we all have lives to plan around. That is why we make appointments. If something is going to take all day, just tell me. The main issue here is managing expectations of your customers. It was not unreasonable for me to check in to see what the status of my routine maintenance was but the impression conveyed to me is that such a request was just that. Moreover, customers are entitled to convey their frustrations, which I did in a curt but polite manner, and do not need to be put on the defensive. Ultimately, I told him we could agree to disagree and that I would simply take my business elsewhere in the future, to which his response was "ok". So, I will choose to go elsewhere next time I need service for my vehicle More

I was very unsure about purchasing a Jeep, and to add onto that I was not ready to get serious about shopping for a vehicle during the pandemic. Luckily, I came across this team and they made it very easy for me to experience the vehicle, answered any questions I had (I had a lot- on their busiest day of the month), and really pulled through with an amazing deal for me- and dealt with the safety of the transaction (virus is still present now) flawlessly... They really care about their customers' happiness, and I've never felt that from a dealership before. Definitely recommend. More
Got me back into my perfect car I am a diehard Mopar fan who loved my 2013 SRT8 Challenger. Unfortunately, when I had catastrophic engine failure, I thought my days of fast and fun cars were done for. I spoke with Kendra over at Acton Dodge about finding a Jeep Gladiator (if I can't go fast, I may as well go over everything, right?), and she asked if there was any additional vehicles I was interested in. I told her if she could find me a manual Scat Pack Challenger to send some numbers, but I assumed the car would be out of my price point. After a day of Gladiator shopping at other dealers, I came home to an e-mail from Kendra with both a Gladiator and Challenger quote. I was surprised to learn that with the promotions and aggressive pricing, the Challenger wasn't far off from my budget! I scheduled a visit to the dealership and was set up with Brittany in Sales. She was friendly and direct, understood what I wanted and didn't play any games. Buying a car isn't the most fun process, with all the negotiating and pressure, but Brittany made it easy. Even after realizing I wasn't eligible for some of the initial promotions, she went out of her way to find me additional discounts and came back with a great price. I did my due-diligence in researching other dealerships and looking for other Challengers, but nobody could even match the deal at Acton- including a high volume dealership in Virginia with deep discounts. I met back up with Brittany and was ready to pull the trigger! The Scat Pack I was purchasing was on another lot, but she said she'd do everything she could to hurry up the transfer before the holiday weekend. This was a Wednesday, and I had a car club event I wanted to debut the new ride at on Sunday. They got the car late Friday night and tried everything they could to get the paperwork done, but a delay with my insurance company looked like all hope was lost of getting the car that weekend. But by some miracle, and I imagine some string pulling by Brittany, they were able to register the car on Saturday for me! Brittany put up with all of my silly requests and questions with a smile and we had some great laughs. I definitely want to thank the entire team at the dealership for making it all happen, and even though I loved my old SRT8 I am enjoying the new car even more! Oh, and that event on Sunday was a blast- I put 400 miles on the car in just 2 days! Thanks again Kendra, Brittany and the entire staff at Acton Dodge! More

Although the process ostensibly tense the team came through and made the deal happen. Lou is a straight shooter and the negotiation was above board. In the end it worked out for both parties. Financing manager is knowledgeable and consumer oriented no high pressure. I brought my first car a Chevy in 1979 and this was the best dealership I dealt with. More
