What a great sales experience. I went in with an appointment on a car I was 90-% sure I was going to purchase. I walked out with a different car but in the process, I found that not all dealers are appointment on a car I was 90-% sure I was going to purchase. I walked out with a different car but in the process, I found that not all dealers are the same. Heather and Jim treated me with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Car buying can take time to process, and I was not left languishing on my own but instead spent time bantering with Jim in wide ranging and friendly conversation. Time simply flew by. When I picked up the vehicle it only had one key and Jim went further out of his way and contacted the previous owner asking if they had the second key. Jim called me 2 days later saying he was sending it to me by mail. Who does this – Jim does! He got his commission but kept working for me after it was all done. Highly recommend. More
We had made a reservation to see a vehicle. Vehicle was there ready to be seen and it was just what we were looking for. Heather responded promptly to all our e-mails, and upon arrival Carmen was there to there ready to be seen and it was just what we were looking for. Heather responded promptly to all our e-mails, and upon arrival Carmen was there to greet us and help us through the usually long process, but this was EASY car buying if there ever was. Car was cleaned up, washed and attended to promptly and off we were in our new vehicle. So thanks to all for your part in making this a great experience. Art and Denise More
I would like to detail my experience with Mrs. Heather Laflamme. After receiving an email quote from Mrs. Laflamme, I contacted hoping to lease the vehicle. She told me that the lease calculator was Laflamme. After receiving an email quote from Mrs. Laflamme, I contacted hoping to lease the vehicle. She told me that the lease calculator was inaccurate and refused to give me accurate numbers. She then told me that I would have to speak to a manager to make the deal happen and went on to say that there were a lot of customers on the sale floor and a manager would call me back. I waited 2 hours and called back. At this point she appeared to be in a bad mood. Told me that customers on the sale floor took precedence over customers on the phone and again told me that a manager would call me. During the conversation she refused to acknowledge that I wanted the vehicle and wanted to close on the deal that day. Additionally, she refuse to answer the most basic questions and seemed annoyed at the interaction. Needless to say, after ending the conversation, I went to Bill DeLuca GMC in Haverhill MA and leased the same vehicle for a fair price. Earlier today we took delivery. As a customer, I am personally insulted due to the treatment I received. For the sake of your future customers, I hope Mrs. Laflamme's attitude changes. More
Outstanding experience from begin to end! Recently purchased a 2015 Silverado that they offered at a great price (based on extensive pre-purchase research/shopping)! Called to purchase a NEW 77K truck. They had a black one. It had a deposit so I couldn’t purchase it. They had a white one. I called back the next day MULTIPLE times to speak to the New car sales manager I s It had a deposit so I couldn’t purchase it. They had a white one. I called back the next day MULTIPLE times to speak to the New car sales manager I spoke to the day before (who was very nice) and was supposedly busy all day with a customer. So you’re telling me that he didn’t have 5 min to call me back or answer my call when I’m literally ready to buy a truck right now? It’s almost as if I kept getting blocked by others to not speak with him. HEATHER is super rude and terrible. I spoke to her first to begin with and she was terrible from the start. That’s why i asked to speak directly with the manager. I was transferred back to heather today who again made me feel as though me literally telling her I’m ready to buy the truck NOW wasn’t good enough and she side railed me. Yes I’m out of state but I could’ve paid money down over the phone and docs sent out same day! I purchased the same truck elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service here and avoid HEATHER. More
