McGovern Buick GMC of Westborough

This dealership is the worst I have ever been to. I have had my vehicle serviced there in the past and it was ok but have noticed within the last 2 years that their service has a high turn over rate of peop had my vehicle serviced there in the past and it was ok but have noticed within the last 2 years that their service has a high turn over rate of people. The past 2 service people Terri and Tom that I dealt with were great. The ones before and now after them are awful. The service manager seems to have anger issues. Very unprofessional and seems to be a compulsive liar. I had my brakes replaced and then was told I needed rotors, after checking my service slip the cost was much higher than I authorized. Dave and Cosmo told me it is what it is. I said I would never return there and they said whatever. Is this a professional dealership or what? After researching I find the owner has no control over his employees, absentee owner. Last year I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and they couldn't give me a straight answer on the price so I chose to go elsewhere. My credit card has been charged the incorrect amount by their service cashier. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone-Stay Clear. More
