Heat is a must in winter!! I went in to get my radio replaced & they disconnected my heat! I unfortunately didn't realize this until 3 hours after I left the dealership. When I called to discuss the person who answered the phone acted like it was no big deal.. I have 2 children & it's winter! I was unable to make it back to the dealership for 2 days so that was a fun 48 hrs... when my husband took the car in the service tech looked at him like he was lying..I don't understand why(?!) I would need to xx the heat before leaving when I'm going in for a radio?! More

Great experience Had an issue with steering and got an appointment right away. Problem was diagnosed quickly and service was performed in less than the time estimated. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, which I appreciate. Have had my Toyotas serviced at McGee for more than twenty years and have never been dissatisfied.
