I went to McGee service dept for a screeching noise problem, not sure if my warranty covered it. It’s stressful being female and then being older, approaching anything mechanical with cars and going problem, not sure if my warranty covered it. It’s stressful being female and then being older, approaching anything mechanical with cars and going into a dealership alone advocating for yourself. It can feel intimidating. I want to thank Brian Davidson, service director. He took the time to really listen to my car concerns and suggested i take a test drive with him to help me understand what might be mechanically making the noises. I walked in stressed about McGee honoring my warranty and left with a totally fixed car. Just goodwill doing business at McGee. This is why I chose a local dealership so I would feel comfortable come time it needs to be repaired. And that’s why I bought the warranty so i wouldn’t have to haggle over stupid things. I just want other people to know about my positive experience. Hopefully it will help them. More
