My problen with car seemed resolved when I left service but the next day it was not resolved. Sent email to service rep. that problem not resolved. No answer. Customer service was great. Told me about two recalls I had no idea about and handled them in a timely manner getting it done before the end of the day. The service rep (Joe) was incredibly helpful and considerate. I am immunosuppressed and he made arrangements to have my car worked on while protecting me from exposure to any covid risk. My car was considerate. I am immunosuppressed and he made arrangements to have my car worked on while protecting me from exposure to any covid risk. My car was repaired in a very time efficient manner and I was kept up-to-date on what was necessary to be repaired and when it would be completed. Thank you! More
I got my vehicle’s inspection sticker at Magee Toyota. The staff is courteous and welcoming. I had a dead battery earlier this week which Ithoughr was the result of an internal light left on. Triple A jump started.the car and I drove for about 40 minutes. When I stopped at a convenience store and turned the engine off, I could tell someone was wrong; I immediately tried to restart the car and found my battery to be dead. Fortunately, a Firestone dealer was nearby and provided a second jump start. I immediately traveled six miles to the McGee Toyota facility, arriving around 1:00 PM. Although I did not have an appointment, Toyota diagnosed the problem, installed a new battery and I was back home by 3:30 PM. Apparently, due to the cold weather, a battery cell had become defective so that the old battery was unable to maintain a charge. Since I had purchased it only three years earlier, the price of the new one was discounted by 50%. I was delighted to have my problem taken care of without an appointment and so quickly. More
