Can't get dealership to stop contacting me about vehicle I bought a used car from the dealership before McGee bought the dealership. That dealership had horrible customer service. Now with McGee in charge it I bought a used car from the dealership before McGee bought the dealership. That dealership had horrible customer service. Now with McGee in charge its not much better. I went to a different dealership and traded in my corolla for a Rav4. McGee is still sending me stuff in the mail, email and phone calls. I told the girl on the phone I sold the car, but she kept calling every so often until I blocked their number. I still get emails from them even though I unsubscribed from their email service. I asked them on Facebook to stop calling me and they told me to call them to get them to stop calling me? Really? Its not that difficult to not call me anymore. And the last time someone called me, I asked them to remove me from the mailing list. But yet they continue to contact me. Maybe if they got rid of the less than stellar employees when they bought the dealership I may have returned but after all of this I would rather drive NY for a car before I ever step foot in their dealership again. More

I test drove 3 SUV's and I liked the Dodge Journey. BUT to rate this any more than 1 or a 2 star - I would be lying: the salesperson did not have any knowledge of this vehicle or the other 2 I test drove. and when I asked about the built in GPS navigation system the salesperson said it was up to date: it was not, I had to order the disc myself and install it - one week after I brought the SUV, when I checked the safety flash light which is in the back of the SUV for the purpose of safety - it was not working and the 12 volt outlet that it was connected to had no power - when I called about it I was told that I have to pay for the repair - we argued and they reduced what I had to pay as I explained that this IS a CERTIFIED vehicle I should NOT have to spend any money except for oil changes and gas for at least the first six months or longer, and even after the repair I was told to allow the safety flashlight to charge it still does not work - and on top this I had to replace the starter this week. I am now waiting for the safety flashlight to come a Dodge Dealership that I ordered from. More

Service Nightmare I brought my Prius in for a recall notice and declined the additional service suggested. When picking-up, I found the exterior to be damaged and the I brought my Prius in for a recall notice and declined the additional service suggested. When picking-up, I found the exterior to be damaged and the only person available came out and stared at the damage. He gave me a business card for another person and walked away. I got into the car to find my glove-compartment on the floor. The employee returned and drove the car into the service-bay, where they reinstalled the glove compartment. The employee's response was to smile at me and say "It happens." This place is notorious for negligent service and consistent attempts to gouge customers. Service your Toyota with your own mechanic and wait for McGee to lose authorization from Toyota to both sell and service their brand. More

I had my recalls done here at Hanover toyota after hyannis toyota put me on a waiting list for 6 months I finally got annoyed called hanover toyota and they helped me services my car right away on my schedule no waiting list no jerks on the phone no idiots work here!!! Best service I have ever gotten. After being fluffed off my hyannis toyota twice I will always go out of my way and drive almost an hour to get hanover toyotas great service! More

He was very flexible and when I was charged for a headlight replacement that I didn't approve he made it right and apologized. I would highly recommend this service department and if possible try to work with AJ! More
Every time I go in for service, the clowns in service try to add something I didn't ask for on my bill. Last time I was in the service writer insisted I needed a 4 wheel alignment on my Prius. Of course, this is not possible on a car with a solid rear axle. When I asked how they planned to align the rear wheels on a solid axle, the idiot just looked at me. More
