I bought my car Friday and picked it up Monday. The AC did not work as soon as I first sat in the car and they took it back and told me they had fixed it after a half hour. When getting home I open the glove box and all the prior owners belongings, including registrations and tickets and other personal information was in there. I am now here the next day, Tuesday, and have spent three hours in the dealership for them to tell me they havent figured out what is wrong with the AC, which was not ever fixed. Go somewhere with staff that is professional and helpful, not here. More

She was there to greet us personally and then — post-test drive — she ensured that our questions were answered and drew up the paperwork. She took extra care (and time!) to learn the car’s special features to show them to us on pick up day. She gets 5 stars. I gave the dealership 4 stars only because there was no great deal: I paid sticker price minus the manufacturer cash back. But I did get a great car! More
