Brought my 2018 RAV4 in for 60K service. Tire rotation was listed as part of the service. When I was reading the paperwork before leaving, there was no mention of tire rotation. I approached the service was listed as part of the service. When I was reading the paperwork before leaving, there was no mention of tire rotation. I approached the service advisor AJ on this issue. He reviewed my records and mentioned that they didn’t rotate my tires with the last service(have no idea why that is relevant to my current service). I just replaced the tires and it had been 5K and was expecting the tires to be rotated. I couldn’t get a reason why from AJ. He just said sorry and didn’t offer me a solution? More
