Excessive wait time without estimations and updates. No offer to give me the brand new tire they replaced. Asked for alignment to be waived in real time as I was getting 4 new tires, no reply given. I needed a Tonneau cover installed on the Tacoma and the work was done quickly. On the way out, I asked how it worked because I have no experience with one. The mechanic came out and showed me, and he mad work was done quickly. On the way out, I asked how it worked because I have no experience with one. The mechanic came out and showed me, and he made a few adjustments to make it work right for me. I appreciate that extra level of service and it made the Tonneau cover a pleasure to use. More
